Now forming the Summer/Fall Adult Diagnosed Autistic/AuDHD Women’s Group
There is no “right” way to be autistic.
Let's face it, the initial research was done on little boys back when we were kids (80s & 90s). Now that science is catching up, more women (and female identifying persons) are being diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum (autistic) in their 20s, 30s, and even 40s. If you happen to be one of these women, this group is for you!
We will meet virtually every-other week on HIPAA compliant Zoom to discuss and hold space for one another in exploring this part of our identity. The group is open to those who are new to this journey, or have been aware of their autistic presentation for years.
This is a safe space for women and female identifying persons diagnosed autistic (ASD)/AuDHD after the age of 20. Together, we will explore our lived experiences within the context and languages of the medical, social, radical, human rights, and affirmation models, and the transition from surviving to thriving in our lives.

COMING SOON: Neurodivergent writers, researchers, and academics group.
Community and accountability are key to neurodivergent success.
Whether you are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or another variation of the spikey profile, this group is open to the high-achievers and intellectuals in writing/publication, research, and academia.
We will meet virtually every-other week in a HIPAA compliant meeting space for more than accountability. Time will be dedicated to goal-setting, as well as strategy development, collaboration, and supporting one another through shared experiences.
This is a safe space for neurodivergent adults who are high-masking, late-diagnosed, and have the ability to communicate within the shared space (in whatever mode is most accessible to you; text, voice, SGD, ACC).
We are now in the formation stage, which requires 5-10 participants registered and ready to start with at least 1-months notice. Email (contact form below) for more information and to begin your enrollment.

all participants are highly recommended to be engaging in their own individual therapy outside of the group, to ensure that sessions invite equal opportunity for sharing and participation

each group is 90-minutes, with time for welcome and connecting (total time block is 2-hours)
groups will be limited to 4-6 participants (women’s group) and 5-10 participants (academics group) per cycle
support groups are shared spaces where all persons are welcome to contribute to discussion, activities, and will led by a facilitator (me)
Other logistics:
all participants must be pre-screened to participate in the group
group cost is $50 each meeting, or $350 per 8-session cycle (when paid in advance)
