Through the modalities of dance/movement therapy, creativity + self-expression, and mindfulness + yoga, I help clients tune-in and heal from periods of grief, loss, and major life transitions. Whether grieving a recent death, experiencing the loss of a significant relationship, or experiencing the stress of significant changes in daily life, my services are tailored to your needs and focused on resilience and reconnection to true, authentic, and empowered self.
