Wellness is the choice we make to have a positive approach to life. -In order to maintain and pursue a life of health, we aim to live a balanced & positive life, and thus sustain our wellness. Living a life of wellness is holistic, addressing various facets. -Often summarized as mind-body-spirit/soul.
Well-being is the outlook we take on life. It is how we feel about our health and wellness. If we learn skills to manage stress, experience meaning and purpose, AND take care of our physical, mental, and spiritual health, we can experience a higher level of well-being in our daily lives.
With a background in dance and fitness, mental health and rehabilitation, nutrition, supplements, and essential oils, I am equipped with over 10-years experience, training, and knowledge in holistic health, healthy living, Ayurveda, leadership methods, and evidence-based measures. I am here to assist you with a customized journey from choosing wellness to experiencing lasting well-being.
